Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

Fzeetechz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
